The basic idea is this: you go to the blog highest up in the links list, stare at it for 30 seconds and then report back with what you saw. Somebody will then do the same for your blog.
Why? Because in the Internet first impressions are everything. Almost everything at least. If you're misrepresenting yourself during the first moments they see your site, you may lose a potential reader.
And please, don't pat everyone on the back for the lovely shit castle they've built. Consider this an exercise in honesty.
